Great location near subway, 24h shops, and bridge to old town. Friendly, helpful staff at reception. Convenient check-in and quick check-out. Clean rooms with daily amenities. Calm atmosphere, decent wifi, and available Polish TV channels.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. For the price I paid, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall quality of the facilities. Secondly, the location was fantastic - the hotel was conveniently situated in an area with excellent infrastructure, making it easy to explore the city. Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Despite these positive aspects, there was one minor issue that could be improved. However, overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with direct tram access to the city center. There are plenty of places to eat and grab coffee nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel are helpful and quick to address any concerns that may arise.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, although their English skills were limited. We were able to leave our bags at the reception before check-in time, which was convenient. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and there were Polish channels available on TV. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, including the metro. The hotel was also centrally located, making it a great base for exploring the city, including the old town which was only a short walk away.
